Job description
Outcome HC is seeking a qualified RN Unit Manager (UM) to oversee a nursing unit in a New Jersey facility. This role directs nursing care, supervises nursing assistants, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
The UM will provide education, discipline as needed, and maintain a warm, professional environment. Candidates should have NJ RN licensure, CPR, and LTC/supervisory experience are preferred.
