Job description
Luxe at Wellington Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee day-to-day patient care and supervise nursing staff within a long-term care setting. You will report to the Director of Nursing and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining high-quality care.
Qualifications include an active RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication skills.
