Job description
West Tennessee Post Acute in Jackson, TN seeks an RN Unit Manager to support the Director of Nursing in directing the Nursing Department. You will plan, organize, and supervise nursing services to meet regulatory requirements and facility policies while delivering high-quality resident care.
You will lead the nursing team, ensure staff training and certification, and coordinate with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain patient-centered care and compliance with QA standards.
