Job description
The Unit Manager Registered Nurse at MediLodge of Lansing directs the entire operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care facility, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care.
Lead staffing, hire, discipline, and evaluate team members; plan and facilitate meetings addressing resident care issues; monitor budgets and ensure QA compliance.
