Job description
Volare Health, LLC is seeking an experienced Unit Manager, RN to oversee a nursing unit in Eugene, OR. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to meet regulatory standards.
The role is full-time and on-site with call rotation. You will lead daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and promote a positive, safety-conscious environment for residents and teams.
