Job description
Majestic Care seeks a Unit Manager, RN to lead a nursing unit in a long-term care community, directing the care team and ensuring high-quality care. The role includes hiring, staff development, meetings, and program implementation to support resident well-being.
Requirements include a nursing degree, an active RN license in the state, and 3 years of nursing experience (1 year in LTC). CPR certification/license is preferred or obtainable within 30 days.
