Job description
Onyx Care of Farmerville is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead daily operations of our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee patient care, staff performance, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of safety and compassionate care.
The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining regulatory compliance, including HIPAA.
