Job description
Zaddy Solutions seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to supervise two downstaris long-term care units in Connecticut. You will ensure clinical and regulatory standards, lead nursing staff, and drive care planning and family communication.
Reporting to the DON, you will manage MDS, rounds, and quality initiatives while maintaining 24/7 accountability and strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
