Unit Manager (RN) at Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare CenterJoin our team at Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a Unit Manager (RN) for the Subacute Unit. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 pm. Daily Pay available! $79,000/yr.-$100,000/yr.At Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, we believe that strong clinical leadership at the unit level is essential to delivering safe, consistent, and high-quality resident care. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Unit Manager oversees nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensures residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care.Responsibilities for Unit Manager:Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting, with appropriate follow-up and communication to the Administrator and the Director of Nursing.Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures based on identified clinical and operational needs.Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff on the unit.Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards to ensure optimal resident outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care and continuous improvement.Qualifications for Unit Manager:Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.Our Core Values in ActionPassion – Leading with dedication to ensure residents receive the highest quality of clinical care.Respect – Supporting staff and residents with professionalism, empathy, and dignity.Excellence – Upholding the highest standards of clinical leadership, accountability, and resident outcomes.Benefits for a Unit ManagerTuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with matchEmployee engagement and culture committeeCompany-sponsored life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP) resourcesJoin our team at Mt Holly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 180-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
