About the Role:
As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor patient progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Your exceptional leadership and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage conflicts, prioritize tasks, and build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver exceptional patient care
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes
Supervise and mentor staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Provide education and training to staff to improve clinical skills and knowledge
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence

Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of New Jersey
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
