Join our team at Cambridge Rehab & Healthcare Center as a RN Unit Manager (Memory Care Unit) .
Full-time position - Monday- Friday 8A-4P (Flexible)
SIGN-ON BONUS: $5,000

Responsibilities for a Unit Manager:
Assume responsibility and accountability for up to 60 resident cares on Memory Care unit on one floor.
Oversees resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for assigned unit.
Ensures complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of Nursing.
Actively participates in committee/programs as directed by Director of Nursing
Participates in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs.
Qualifications For a RN Unit Manager
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.
Must possess an active CPR Certificate (BLS).
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, Dementia Unit, hospital or other related health care Center.
