Do you thrive in a leadership role where your skills, clinical knowledge, and people-first mindset directly impact team culture and resident outcomes?If so, we invite you to consider the **Nurse Manager** opportunity at**Riverside Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation Warwick Forest**.This is more than a management position—it's a calling to lead with purpose and empower others in a setting where every day brings meaningful connection and purpose-driven care.***This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $5,000 and relocation assistance of up to $7,500 for those that qualify!***** What You’ll Do:*** Lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals, ensuring high-quality care and compassionate service across the unit.* Build a winning team culture, improving staff retention* Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments—rehab, social services, activities, dietary, pharmacy, and consulting physicians—to maintain personalized care plans for each resident.* Promote safety and policy compliance, proactively managing risk and supporting a culture of accountability.* Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and performance, fostering professional growth and team morale.* Monitor and drive quality assurance initiatives that continuously improve resident care and operational excellence.* Provide direct nursing support, including medication administration, as needed.** What You’ll Bring:*** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)* **Experience:** + Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Required) + At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (Preferred)* **Licenses & Certifications:** + Active RN license with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (Required) + BLS/CPR Certification via American Heart Association (Required within 30 days of hire)** Why Join Us?**At **Riverside Health**, we believe that leadership begins with compassion and teamwork.
