RN Unit Manager

Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
* Lead, mentor, and motivate care teams
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
* Develop and implement care plans
* Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
* Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident care
Qualifications:
* Current RN License (State of Michigan)
* Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
* Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
* Passion for improving resident lives and delivering exceptional care
* Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
