RN Unit ManagerGretna Health & Rehabilitation Center in Gretna, VA is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN Unit Manager.As the RN Unit Manager, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.
