Job description
Arnot Health’s St. Joseph’s Hospital Elmira unit seeks an experienced Unit Manager for the SNF area to lead nursing care and daily operations. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care on a busy skilled nursing unit.
The role requires NY RN licensure, BLS, ACLS readiness, and strong clinical leadership. BSN/MSN preferred; onsite Elmira location with flexible days and standard benefits.
