Are you ready to advance your career and make a real impact every day? Sourceowls is seeking multiple RN Unit Managers to join one of the largest and fastest-growing healthcare consortiums in the Northeast.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you will:
Oversee and manage all supervisory duties within your unit.
Establish and implement employment policies and procedures.
Mentor and guide less experienced nurses, providing both clinical and career advice.
Uphold and maintain the highest standards of care for the unit.
Review resident records and ensure quality of care.
Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases.
Address questions or complaints from residents and their families.
Represent the unit's interests to upper-level management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
At least 2 years of experience as a Unit Manager.
Valid RN License.
Basic computer skills.
