RN Unit ManagerExcelCare At Wayne, a leading provider of rehabilitation and healing services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team in our skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong support for nursing staff.RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unitSupervising, supporting, and mentoring LPNs and CNAs on the unitEnsuring residents receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician ordersMonitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and interdisciplinary team membersCompleting and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulationsParticipating in care plan meetings and collaborating with other departments to support resident needsAssisting with admissions, discharges, and transfersAddressing staff concerns and helping maintain a positive, team-oriented work environmentQualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensePrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferredLeadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredStrong clinical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teamsCommitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered careBenefits:Starts at $95,000/yearHealthDentalVisionDaily Pay401k with up to 5% matchingPNC BankingEmployee Perks Programs and more!If you are a motivated and compassionate professional looking to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.We are an equal opportunity employer.
