Job description
Complete Care, Inc. in Germantown, WI is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team. This full-time, day-shift role includes on-call rotation and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
You will provide clinical leadership, oversee rounds, supervise staff, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with physicians and families to support patient recovery.
Active Wisconsin RN license and Wound Care Certification required; prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
