Job description
Heart of Georgia Nursing seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee a unit, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high‑quality patient care. Extensive clinical experience and prior administrative training are required, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
Day (7A–7P) and Night (7P–7A) shifts available. The role includes admissions, care coordination, staff scheduling, audits of charts, and participation in weekly meetings and patient safety initiatives.
