About This Role
The Registered Nurse in the Urology Clinic at St. Vincent Hospital is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients undergoing minor urology procedures. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse who values teamwork and patient-centered care.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with call coverage required
What You'll Do
Assess human responses and plan nursing care for individuals or families.
Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
Provide feedback regarding clinical practice and role performance.
Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care.
Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
Utilize the nursing process to implement patient plans of care.
Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
Assess patient condition changes and notify appropriate personnel.
Promote compassionate communication that is patient and family centered.
Requirements
Education: Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.
Experience: Preferred certification in area of specialty.
Licenses & Certifications: CPR certification required.
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
