Registered Nurse – Urology Outpatient Clinic
Join Guthrie Lourdes Hospital’s Urology Clinic in Binghamton, NY and receive up to $25,000 in sign‑on bonuses for experienced RNs. This role offers predictable, day‑shift hours in a modern clinic setting with no bedside or inpatient responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care for urological conditions such as kidney stones, prostate health, and bladder disorders.
Assist with outpatient procedures, diagnostic preparation, and patient education.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Maintain consistent weekday hours.

Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an outpatient urology clinic, delivering coordinated, safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based care.
Education, License & Certification
Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
BSN preferred.
Specialty certification preferred.
BLS required; ACLS unit‑dependent.
Experience
Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred (less may be accepted if from an NLRN program).
Must maintain BLS certification; ACLS may be required.

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients’ care.
Advocate for ethical, holistic care and patient autonomy.
Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
Integrate evidence and best practice into nursing care.
Engage in continuous professional development.
Demonstrate leadership and collaborative skills.
Participate in educational program planning.
Other Duties
Utilize electronic health records and other IT systems.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Apply independent critical judgment in patient care.
Maneuver multiple responsibilities and urgent responses.
Pay Range
$31.00 – $45.26 per hour.
