P3 Health Partners in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Utilization Management Manager to lead the UM department, drive quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise the UM team, mentor staff, collaborate with Clinical Operations and QA, and help ensure members receive appropriate care.
The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, 2+ years in managed care, and strong leadership.
