Job description
POSITION PURPOSE : To conduct RN assessments for clients authorized through the Veterans administration, to improve care for Vets and increase number of Vets receiving care.This is a salary exempt position. This position reports directly to the Care Director. EOE
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To oversee or conduct the start of care and ongoing assessments for Veteran clients.
To oversee other Contract RN’s who service Veteran Clients in each area we serve.
Coordinate with area managers in developing and updating a care plan for each case.
Ensure compliance with all requirements of care authorized by the Veterans Administration.
Increase the hours of care authorized by the Veterans Administration.
Open new markets for Veterans Care.
Be efficient in each aspect of your duties.
Participate in Marketing efforts to grow Veterans Care.
Participate in all company lead meetings, and KPI’s
Create, build, and maintain relationships with the area VA offices, and District offices for Veteran’s care.
Oversee and conduct HHA training, and other assigned trainings to build the skills of the care givers serving the clients.
