Provide skilled nursing care for one client in a home setting—not a facility.
No patient ratios. No rotating assignments. More time to focus on quality care, clinical excellence, and meaningful client relationships.

What You'll Do
Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects
Perform nursing assessments and monitor vital signs
Provide skilled nursing care based on the client's individualized care plan
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team
Educate clients and family members regarding care and treatments
Support client comfort, safety, independence, and quality of life
Requirements
Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
Home health experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, dependent, and professional
We will train the right nurse who is committed to providing exceptional one-on-one care.
This is a one-on-one nursing position where you care for one client at a time in a home setting not in a hospital or facility.
