About the Role:
As a RN Weekend Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of care to our residents on weekends, including supervising nursing staff and providing guidance on clinical decisions. You will also be expected to develop and implement effective care plans, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate records. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on clinical decisions and care plans
Conduct assessments and develop effective care plans for residents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care
Identify and address any issues or concerns related to resident care
Provide reports and updates to the Director of Nursing
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in resident needs and company policies
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of (state)
1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in long-term care
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
