Job description
Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks an experienced RN leader to join its clinical leadership team as Wellness Manager. You will oversee a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered care and clinical program oversight.
You will coach, mentor and precept nursing staff, drive care coordination, and collaborate with AL and Memory Care teams to improve resident outcomes and staff engagement.
