Job description
Encompass Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess patients recovering from stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, and complex orthopedic conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress toward functional goals. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, and support a safe, patient-centered environment focused on recovery and independence.
