Choices Case Management is seeking an experienced RN to work as a Workers’ Compensation Field Case Manager in the Sacramento County territory. This full-time, field-based role offers a home office setup with local travel up to 60% to medical appointments and provider offices.
Candidate must have CA RN license and 2+ years of WC case management experience, reside in the county, and demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
