Job description
RN Wound Care Coordinator at Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN), provides expert assessment and treatment of complex wounds, leads pressure injury prevention efforts, and educates staff, patients, and families. This role collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based care plans, track outcomes, and support quality initiatives.
