Job description
AdventHealth’s Punta Gorda facility is hiring a Registered Nurse wound care clinic case manager to lead a care team and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The role involves delegating tasks, maintaining infection control, and coordinating with home health, insurance case managers, and physicians.
The ideal candidate has RN licensure with BLS, at least 1 year in acute care, and strong communication, documentation, and wound care skills in a team setting.
