Job description
Healogics, LLC. in Lancaster, South Carolina is looking for a Case Manager to oversee patient care management in our facilities. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in wound care management and strong leadership skills.
The responsibilities include managing case responsibilities, collaborating with healthcare staff, and providing clinical oversight. Additionally, a current RN license and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing are mandatory.
Salary range is between $78,900 and $106,300 annually based on experience and qualifications.
