RN Wound Care Nurse/Restorative Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Wound Care Nurse/Restorative Nurse to join our team at Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Penn Wynne, Pennsylvania. RN Wound Care Nurse/Restorative Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive wound care services to residents, including wound assessment, treatment, and education
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct restorative therapy sessions to promote residents' independence and mobility
Monitor and document residents' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
RN Wound Care Nurse/Restorative Nurse Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong knowledge of wound care principles and practices
Wound care certification preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Capacity to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
