Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Missouri, is seeking a specialized RN to prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for patients requiring wound and ostomy management.
You will treat, monitor, and promote healing of surgical openings, ulcers, and abscesses, access wounds, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor infections, and provide wound care education to healthcare staff.
Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills are essential to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
