Job description
GSK is seeking a senior leader to define and own the RNA biology strategy, building a world-class RNA Center of Excellence in San Diego. You will oversee mechanistic studies, collaborate across Discovery, Development and external partners, and shape the translational roadmap for RNA therapeutics.
You will lead high-performing teams, drive external collaborations with academia, and represent RNA Biology at conferences and industry forums, shaping GSK’s RNA asset strategy.
