AmeriCare Health LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Private Duty Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in the Richmond area.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care according to each client's care plan and your scope of practice
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Complete accurate, timely documentation
Communicate with clients, families, and the care team
Qualifications
Current Virginia RN or LPN license
Strong communication and documentation skills
A dependable, compassionate approach to care
Private duty or home health experience is preferred
