Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRegistered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Rheumatology Clinic
Our busy outpatient rheumatology practice is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full‐time. We care for adults and elderly patients with complex autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, and we’re looking for an RN who excels in both clinical skill and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform phlebotomy , specimen handling, and lab coordination
Administer and monitor IV therapies , including biologics and infusion treatments
Assist with evaluation and ongoing management of elderly rheumatologic patients
Provide patient education on medications, disease processes, and follow‐up care
Support clinic flow, triage calls, and collaborate with the rheumatology care team
Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
Strong phlebotomy and IV therapy skills
Experience with chronic disease management or outpatient specialty care preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and patient‐care skills
Comfortable working with elderly and medically complex patients
