Job Description Job Description We are seeking RNS/ LPNS to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
Care for short and longterm ill patients
Provide basic patient care and treatment
Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
Observe patients, record observations, and report any changes
Educate and update patients on medical treatments
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in nursing
Valid RN/LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate, dedicated, reliable, and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BLS/CPR/DEMENTIA CERTIFIED
