Job Description Job Description We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate home care for a patient in Lakewood, NJ. Shifts are available from 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with flexible employment arrangements including per diem, part-time, and full-time hours. The role emphasizes direct patient care through team collaboration in a supportive home care environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in a home setting
Administer medications accurately and safely
Document patient care and treatments thoroughly
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
Required Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) diploma or degree
Current LPN or RN license in good standing
