Job description
Kyle Railroad Company is seeking a Roadmaster to supervise Maintenance of Way crews and ensure the safety and reliability of our railroad infrastructure in the Phillipsburg area. You’ll lead field operations, hire and train staff, and drive performance with a focus on safe, compliant operations.
You’ll manage day-to-day MoW activities, coordinate with other departments, and oversee budgeted costs while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement in a dynamic, outdoors environment.
