Four-Day Work Week | Robot Welder / Metal Prep TechnicianWe're hiring for a Robot Welder / Metal Prep Technician position with a manufacturing company in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone with MIG and TIG welding experience who enjoys hands-on work, quality craftsmanship, and working with advanced production equipment. Enjoy a consistent day shift schedule and three-day weekends every week.What You'll Do:Operate robotic welding equipment and assist with part loading and unloadingPerform MIG and TIG welding on metal componentsTack, weld, and assemble parts according to specificationsInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metRead mechanical drawings and follow work instructionsUse hand tools and welding equipment safely and efficientlyWhat You Need:MIG and TIG welding experience requiredAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawingsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipExperience using hand tools and measuring devicesAbility to work in a manufacturing environment and stand throughout the shiftDependable attendance and strong work ethicPay & Schedule:Pay: $23.00 per hourDays/hours: Day ShiftSchedule: Four 10-hour shifts per weekReady to get started?
