Robotic Weld Operator- Night Shift 8 pm-6 amTriton Metal Products, a distinguished leader in the metal fabrication industry, is renowned for crafting precision metal components and structures. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a hands-on, quality-focused Robotic Weld Operator who can run robotic welding equipment reliably and accurately.Loading and unloading robot welding cellsMeasuring parts for conformancePosition, align, or secure workpieces against fixturesFollow strict safety regulations such as proper PPE and equipment operationInterpret blueprints and drawings to verify parts are in toleranceMaintain weld gages and tooling for cleanliness and proper storage or useMaintain a clean and organized work environment dailyProvide accurate and timely communication to designated Tritons regarding production, safety, or maintenance requirements through ECR's and verbal/written contact.High School Diploma or GEDDetail-oriented and able to multitaskDependabilityPositive AttitudeSelf-motivatedWillingness to help fellow team members achieve production goalsPrevious metal fabrication or welding experienceBasic understanding of MIG welding principlesAbility to read and interpret blueprintsAble to use measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, gauges)Strong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situationsPerformance & Attendance BonusesMedical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance at 60 daysLong and Short-Term disability coverageCritical illness, accident, hospital indemnityHSA and FSA opportunities401(k) with company match after 60 daysPaid Holidays & VacationPersonal TimeWeekly Pay$18- $20.00Plus, a shift premium for the Night Shift is $1.00You will have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.50 an hourJoin the team that makes a Meaningful Difference in Lives!Monday- Thursday 8 pm - 6 am (2) 10-minute breaks, 20-minute paid Lunch.
