Robotics Clinical Specialist - (Charlotte, NC) (Evergreen)Life. Unlimited. As a field based Robotics Clinical Specialist, you will work at the intersection of advanced joint reconstruction technology and sales execution, partnering closely with surgeons and sales leaders to win in highly competitive markets.What will you be doing?Serving as the operating room expert for CORI robotic assisted knee and hip solutions, providing hands on case coverage for new and existing customersDriving adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology in partnership with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teamsSupporting product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives within your territoryTraining surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environmentsIdentifying commercial opportunities, generating leads, and contributing directly to territory revenue performanceRepresenting Smith+Nephew at labs, in services, and medical education eventsWhat will you need to be successful?2 or more years of experience in medical device sales or operating room based commercial rolesExperience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment strongly preferredA competitive, results driven mindset with the ability to influence in high pressure operating room environmentsProven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholdersPost secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experienceAbility to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight travelAll field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.You.
