Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding cells for precision sheet metal fabrication. Responsibilities include loading parts, selecting and adjusting programs, verifying weld quality, performing basic measurements, and completing routine maintenance. The operator will follow safety and quality standards, troubleshoot minor issues, and work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
