Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding cells for precision sheet metal fabrication. Responsibilities include loading parts, selecting programs, making basic edits, inspecting weld quality, performing routine maintenance, and following safety and 5S standards. The operator will work closely with engineers and team members to troubleshoot issues, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced equipment and opportunities to expand fabrication and welding skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
