Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to set up, program, and run robotic welding cells for precision sheet metal components. Responsibilities include loading fixtures, adjusting weld parameters, performing basic robot edits, monitoring quality, and completing routine maintenance and safety checks. The operator will read blueprints, use measuring tools, and work closely with engineers and team members to meet production goals. This role supports a safety-first, team-oriented culture with opportunities for hands-on learning, cross-training, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
