Job description
Webco Manufacturing is hiring a Robotic Weld Operator to support precision sheet metal fabrication in our Alto, GA facility. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding cells to produce high-quality metal components to customer specifications. Responsibilities include loading and unloading parts, adjusting programs and fixtures, inspecting welds, performing basic maintenance, and following safety and quality standards. You’ll work in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment with opportunities for hands-on learning, skill development, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
