Robotic Welder-Direct HireKelly is partnering with a respected manufacturer in Hartland, WI to hire a Robotic Welder for a direct-hire opportunity.This is a great fit for someone with welding or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable 1st-shift position, hands-on training, and the opportunity to grow their skills in robotic welding.Position: Robotic Welder Location: Hartland, WI Employment Type: Direct Hire Shift: 1st Shift 6:00AM-2:00PM Pay: $18–$26/hour, based on experienceAs a Robotic Welder, you will operate automated welding equipment to produce quality fabricated metal components while maintaining safety and production standards.Responsibilities include:Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficientlyComplete daily startup and shutdown proceduresLoad and unload parts into robotic welding fixturesMonitor welding processes for quality and consistencyInspect finished parts for accuracy and weld qualityIdentify and report equipment, process, or quality concernsPerform routine operator-level maintenance on robotic welding cellsFollow work instructions, production standards, and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport continuous improvement effortsAssist with other production duties as neededWhat We're Looking For:Previous welding or manufacturing experience preferredRobotic welding experience is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to learn robotic welding equipment and processesStrong mechanical aptitudeGood attention to detailAbility to follow work instructions and production requirementsDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong commitment to safety and qualityIf you have welding or manufacturing experience and are interested in growing your skills with robotic welding technology, apply today for this 1st-shift opportunity in Hartland, WI.
