Robotic WelderPay Rate: $20 – $23 per hour Shift: Monday – Friday (7am – 3:30pm) Location: Glenshaw, PA Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Robotic Welder and be part of a company recognized for designing and producing innovative architectural and site products used in high-profile projects worldwide. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet the demanding needs of our clients, supporting the company's commitment to excellence in manufacturing.Required Skills:Education or training in Robotic WeldingProven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentPrior experience programming industrial robotsFamiliarity with welding equipment, tools, and procedures, especially MIG and TIG welding of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon SteelAbility to read schematics and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of fabrication techniquesExcellent attention to detail and quality control skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlinesGood communication skills, including familiarity with robot peripheral set-upNice to Have Skills:Experience with first article inspection processesKnowledge of automated welding systemsAdditional certifications in welding or roboticsPreferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or technical training in welding or roboticsPrior hands-on experience in robotic welding within a manufacturing settingAdditional certifications in welding or roboticsOther Requirements:Ability to adapt quickly to new processing techniques and technological updatesStrong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilitiesCertifications in welding or roboticsThis is more than a job—it's an opportunity to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment that values your skills and rewards your contributions.
