Job description
Entry-Level Robotic Welder OperatorWe are seeking dependable individuals to join a manufacturing team as Entry-Level Robotic Welder Operators on second shift. This position involves loading and unloading parts, operating robotic welding equipment, and inspecting completed products. Previous experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn.Job DutiesLoad and position parts into robotic welding equipmentOperate robotic welding machinery according to established work instructionsUnload completed parts and prepare them for the next stage of productionMonitor equipment during production to ensure proper operationInspect completed parts for quality and identify defects or inconsistenciesMaintain production flow and meet established productivity requirementsFollow all company safety procedures and quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assignedQualificationsEntry-level candidates are encouraged to applyPrevious robotic welding, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to bend, reach, and perform repetitive loading and unloading tasksAbility to lift and handle production materials as requiredAbility to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentScheduleFull-time positionSecond ShiftHours: 2:30 PM to 1:00 AMBenefits of the PositionEntry-level opportunityOn-the-job skill developmentHands-on manufacturing experienceOpportunity to learn robotic welding and automated equipmentCareer growth and advancement potentialIf you are dependable, motivated, and interested in starting or advancing your career in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
