Robotic Welder OperatorForms+Surfaces is a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and site products used in high-profile commercial and public projects around the world. As a Robotic Welder Operator you will be part of our growing Pittsburgh manufacturing team, our career track allows your performance to allow you to earn career progress incentives! Payrate: From $20 - $23 per hour Shift: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm (Full-time)Responsibilities:Create quality welds according to blueprints (weld symbols)Inspect welds for accuracyPrepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel/aluminum partsPerform first article inspections as well as subsequent inspectionsRecord proper and accurate entry into the time and attendance systemSkills & Requirements:Education/Training in Robotic WeldingPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably a fabrication environmentPrior experience programming robots is a mustFamiliarity with welding equipment, tools, and proceduresAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionKnowledge of communication set up with robot peripheralsMust have understanding of fabrication techniques via MIG and TIG with Aluminum, Stainless, and Carbon Steel productsGood understanding of mechanical systemsAbility to read schematics and other drawingsA self-motivated and hands-on approachAbility to react quickly to changing requirements and new processing developmentsFollow written/verbal instructions and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:Glenshaw, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)*Forms+Surfaces is an equal opportunity employer*
